The Cookie House was established in 1975 within Hanes Mall in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The store began as a company store franchise…The Cookie Factory. The company owning the store was Parco Foods. After the first year, the franchise was sold. After nine years, in 1985, the rights to the franchise were purchased and the store became an independent store. At that time, the name was changed to The Cookie House. In 2007, the store went under new ownership for the second time since it was opened in 1975. We are currently the only original store still left in Hanes Mall other than the original department stores. For over thirty years, we have been providing warm cookies, friendly customer service, and quality products to our in-store patrons. Now, for the first time, we are offering our delicious cookie products on line for everyone to enjoy.
